Log-in Issues: Case Sensitivity for Email Accounts

When you first register your account, please note that there is case sensitivity for BOTH the email account and password. This is a bug which we will fix with a future release. In the meantime, to avoid any issues, please make sure to register your email account with all lowercase, and login with lowercase to avoid any account access issues.

In some cases, you may think that you have forgotten your password or registered it incorrectly, but the issue is the email address case sensitivity which is blocking you log in attempt. If you are unsure, please contact us at support@emberlight.co and we can look it up. Sorry about this.
