I get a popup that says, "Refresh token error"

This error comes up when the mobile app needs a new sync with the cloud. To do this you just need to log out and log back into the mobile app. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Click the main menu button at the bottom of the screen, then go to "account".  
  2. Click log off. 
  3. After logging off, click "sign into your account" to log back in.
  4. The app will force you through the setup process again, go ahead and cancel out of it by clicking "cancel" at the top left after you log back in.
  5. It should then load in your current lights.
