This error comes up when the mobile app needs a new sync with the cloud. To do this you just need to log out and log back into the mobile app. Please follow these instructions:
- Click the main menu button at the bottom of the screen, then go to "account".
- Click log off.
- After logging off, click "sign into your account" to log back in.
- The app will force you through the setup process again, go ahead and cancel out of it by clicking "cancel" at the top left after you log back in.
- It should then load in your current lights.
