Can’t get the product setup on WiFi

    1. Did you mistype the password? If so, the emberlight socket will show back up in the app as a “new device” if it can’t connect to WiFi.
    2. Is your router using WEP? We currently don’t support WEP Security
    3. Is the emberlight out of WiFi range?
    4. Close the app, reopen, and restart the WiFi setup process.
    5. If none of these work, try a factory reset.
