- Did you mistype the password? If so, the emberlight socket will show back up in the app as a “new device” if it can’t connect to WiFi.
- Is your router using WEP? We currently don’t support WEP Security
- Is the emberlight out of WiFi range?
- Close the app, reopen, and restart the WiFi setup process.
- If none of these work, try a factory reset.
